Great and efficient service

my appointmnet was for 8:20 but got to the branch around 7:45. i thought i would be told to wait but that was not the case. Thembi called me in and said it was alright and that they would assist me. Within seconds Prishan came through and told me that he would be assessing the damage. within a few minutes, he was done. This is what i call great and efficient customer service. i have been here before and despite driving from centurion, i don't mind. what brings me here is the great service.
