Damage Assessment

Got lost and tried calling ran out of airtime, the call was returned immediately by a lady called Yolanda. She stayed on the phone until I arrived @ the centre. Upon my arrival I was showered with a gift for the time I have spent getting lost. Given 2 cups of coffee (awesome). Then a gentlemen called Richard welcomed me took my car in and kept on continuously updating me. What an awesome experience after a terrible week. <br> My spirit is full of joy and happiness.
