Assessment

I was well received and dealt with. Raymond was precise and told me exactly what was to happen - and it did. The time taken was spot on that foreseen and actions taken were exact. After explaining what is yet to transpire, Raymond passed me on to Ga**** who took me through the Hello Peter system. All in all a pleasant experience.
