Assessment

Good day. 20 minutes ago I walked into the Easyway centre to have my car assessed after an accident that occured yesterday morning. I was greeted in the parking area by my name by Leonard of Fidelity Guards who proceeded to direct me straight into the centre for an immediate assessment. I was greeted by Raymond, my assessor as well as Ga**** who has assisted me previously. As my car was being assessed, I was taken into the lounge by Ga**** who made me a delicious cup of cappuchino and made sure I was comfortable. I kid you not when I say before my cup was even half empty my assessment was done and I had received feedback. The staff at Easyway always exceed my expectations and they are so professional and emphatic in their dealings. So many people could take a page out of their book. Thank you very much to Easyway and the gentlemen who assisted me today. May you never change your approach and attitude towards your work.
