Assessment

After registering my claim with dail direct an appointment for assessment of my damaged car was made with Easyway. I arrived one and half hour early for my assessment. I received excellent service from Ga**** upon entering in through the doors and was made to feel at ease considering I was still impacted by the accident I had been involved in. The mini conversation helped me gather more information on what I could do to in the meantime fix the exhaust which made a lot of noise while I drove.During this time my car was assessed while I had something to drink. I then received full feedback from Conrad on the extend of my vehicle damage and also asked further questions about things that concerned the car in terms of the length of time to repair required.
