Assessment

The service is excellent, I received a call in the morning checking if I am still coming for my assessment appointment. I was given directions telephonically to reach my destination. I was anxious but i felt welcomed by all the staff and made comfortable until the assessment was done. Feedback was given with regard to the damages of my car. Further advice was given on handling and continuous checking of the vehicle until its repaired.
