I arrived at the premises,welcomed by Richard. He showed me where to wait while he was busy with another customer,there was coffee,tea,water and tv to watch while I waited of which I was free to use or drink.OOOH ,FREE WI FI also,and I was given a code to use.THE TEA LADY ALSO,VERONICA WAS THERE TO HELP ME WITH THE COFFEE MACHINE AS I AWS NOT WELL USED TO IT,AND SOME CHIT CHATS TO MAKE SURE I M ALRIGHT.I AWS NOT EVEN AWARE OF TIME TILL RICHARD CAME TO ASSIST ME,.....NICE SERVICE INDEED
