A big man with a bigger heart

I smashed my car on 07 March and was and still is very traumatised.. Took my car to Easy Way on 12 March to have the damages assessed. At the first question directed to me I burst into tears. Mr van der Bank offered to make coffee before we proceeded. He made me feel secure and comfortable but yet remained professional.<br> I salute this man. He is an asset to the company and I wish him well. I wish you to thank him on my behalf and praise him for his excellent service.
