Dispeakable treatment from easytrax cash loans

I app**** for a loan and was promised to be paid after I had to pay insurance fee of 4000 and made me go through whole lot of process to depot the money from their account to mine only to find I have to add more money for my signature 3000 and when I ask for my 4000 refund ,they say it's not refundable yet in their documents it's written it is refundable after you have paid the loan ,I'm furious with the way I was treated and these people are ****mers ,I want my 4000 and they can keep their loan , everything they say it's a lie
