Debt consolidation loan paid off

I was very surprise with the insurance issue, But Later learn to understand their low interest rate which allows all applicants to do insurance upfront. Well, They helped me out today with a debt consolidation loan, which combined all my debts into one monthly payment I can manage. I'm honestly grateful. 🙏 The only problem i have with them is their agent, They really need to work on their agents, the response was a bit slow.
