***** company

I have purchased nike 4.0 running shoes online from a company called easytie.co.uk which i paid for and waited 2 months for. Today I received my package...guess what... i got skechers granny walking shoes, which is funny since they only advertise nike sneakers. I dont know how to get ahold of them since its only their email address on their web page. Can somebody please help me, I want my money back and I want to report this ***** company.
