Debit order cancellation ignored

During middle October I notified Easysoft that I did not need the download of share prices anymore and that I wished for the service to be discontinued, Sales Department acknowledged the receipt of my email on 22nd October 2015. The month of November served as a calendar months notice. However my account was debited on 22 December 2015 again. The December debit needs to be reversed.
