WHO IS GAINING INTEREST ON MY ELECTRICITY PAYMENT?????????????

I purchased electricity at the Checkers Columbine, JHB South on 1 February 2020. On 09 February 2020 I contacted STSS prepaid electricity requesting that my voucher be sent to me. Lionel who took my call from STSS informed me that no payment had been received and that I had to email proof of payment to STSS. Today, 10 February I contacted STSS to make a follow up. A gentleman named Sizwe assisted me and informed me that no payment of 1 February 2020 had been received. He further informed me that there were various complaints of a similar nature as mine and that the fault was with EASYPAY. Between Checkers Columbine, Easypay and STSS prepaid electricity someone is collecting interest on my payment. I am in urgent need of my voucher to load my electricity and STSS has still not acknowledged receipt of my email. This is teh third time this has happened to me.......WHERE IS MY MONEY????
