Useless form of paying accounts.

I made a payment using easy pay on the 1st of February using the VodaPay APP , they said the payment has not been verified till today the 6th of March 2023.Last week they asked me if they should verify the payment to which I rep**** yes and till today the payment has not reflected on my account.
