I was terribly disappointed by your staff at Elim Hubyeni branch. I drive my aunt there & upon arriving, the lady who was meant to assist us was very impatient, she was on her feet ready to leave & kept saying there's a car waiting outside for her. She eventually gave us the number of someone named Doreen, this individual told us to come back at 8 the next morning. The next day we waited over an hour but she was a no show & was not picking up her phone. We left unassisted, the level of unprofessionalism in that office left a very bitter taste in my mouth, your staff behaves as if they're only there because someone threatened to kill their children if they don't show up to work. Please address this before you start losing customers, if you haven't already
