Short Money

My grandmother went to collect her Old age grant at Stoffelton Impendle Area under Pietermaritzburg. It's the 3rd time this is happening and I didn't report because I thought it's gonna stop, today her money was big short. It's extremely beyond control these ladies are crocks they doing ***** to old people. They *****ing their money lucky my grandmother is using bank card and we recieve every notification of withdrawal but they give her short money today it's was short with R300 and I want this case to resolved fast and this money paid back with all the R100 she always comes back short with. These ladies are ******** old people and they don't give back the receipt of transactions they old give her the last receipt. This happened today I have all the sms notifications and time and will definitely identify the lady of this ********.
