Shame on you

Im very dissapointed in easy pay. My dad died almost 2 weeks ago. He had a funneral policy with them. They stil didnt pay out. Every time its something els. They said they called the investigating officer but he didnt pick up. So I called him and he said that he will pick up. After a whole day I called him to find out if they called him and he said no they didnt. If you scip one payment they revoke your policy but when its time to claim they dont help you. How am I suposed to lay my dad to rest????? Im tired of this
