Services not rendered

I am at my wit's end. It's been 6 days since I've made the payment to Easypay to have my fibre re connected with vumatel. My IPS, Cool Ideas, informs me that they are in receipt of my proof of payment and are waiting on Vumatel to allocate the payment. Vumatel on the other hand tells me Easypay has not released the payment. Why is my payment still pending at Easypay. I emailed Easypay and they told me Vumatel has to contact them. Its been back and forth for almost a week now. I've been spending hundreds of rands on mobile data just to stay connected to the internet. I paid for a service that I am unable to use. All I want is for my fibre/internet to be connected seen that I already paid for it.
