REQUEST FOR A REFUND!!!!

I paid my Vuma WiFi using the app the payment went through but my WiFi was still not active. They did not assist with refunding me, I had to pay again in store and only then my WiFi was active. I have been trying to follow up on this matter on receiving my refund instead I was told to contact the Vuma WiFi department.
