Refusal to action a simple request

Despite numerous requests, emails, phone calls, reporting etc etc Easypay refuses to remove my number from their database. I am inundated with notifications that have nothing to do with me. This hatassment has lasted for years. Ridiculous that such a simple request cannot be actioned.
