Poor Service

I have account with easypay, then I experienced a problem not be able to access my account then I went to the ATMs then my card just get swolled by the ATM afterwards I tried to call easypay to assist me with the situation they kept on putting me on hold without reaching to anyone to help me since from 30 September 2024 I keep on trying to call them when I press 2 on the call they are saying they are always busy then I just cut by the call my number is
