PERTHETIC SERVICE FROM EASYPAY

I did a claim as my mother passed away and she had a policy with Easypay and I was the beneficiary. I have not received the claim amount which is not even much however I am getting no joy from easy pay. I am being told that the matter is still not yet finalised. The sad part is that my mother paid every month for her burial. however time to pay Once is send from pillar to post.
