Pathetic

I have the worst nightmare with Easy Pay. They don't pay the service provider, and to make matters worse, they provide you with a proof of payment that's invalid. I made a payment, but it didn't reflect in the providers account, and when I followed up, Easy Pay blamed the service provider.
