No OTP option to e-mail !!!

I used to use Easy pay when their had their old website to make all my municipal payments on an extensive property portfolio as I prefer to use my credit cards due to reward points. All my banks in SA including Absa, FNB, Nedbank have the option to send OTP's to my e-mail address as I am based overseas. I do not roam on any SA mobile number as I am based in Hong Kong. The system does not make provision for overseas mobile numbers.....I raised this issue with Easy Pay several times in the past to no avail. Now I have approached other platforms Pay@ etc to introduce this basic service and Easy Pay will fall behind. Obviously my query was not addressed at any senior level.
