Misleading and not allocating your money

We made a payment to Cell C via Easypay. The money was apparently paid over to Cell C, although they say nothing was paid to them. Easypay cannot give us any proof that the money has been paid over and to whom. Now we are sitting with an outstanding account, and R3600 that is just missing, and nobody is taking responsibility.

I would most certainly not advise anybody to make use of the Easypay option to settle accounts. Choose any other method in order to make sure the money is actually reaching the recipient and going into your account.
