Is there theft going on at easypay?

<p>I deposited an amount of R6000 into my easypay account as I do every month to pay my accounts. To my surprise I logged on to pay my accounts the next day to find that my balance is zero! Logged on again 2 day later to find the same thing. Sent an email and got no response. On the phone now for 15mins and no answer. In the event that penalities are instituted on my respective accounts I will have to ask easypay to bear the additional costs. I would like to know where my money is or a charge of theft under false pretences will be opened. As a doctor I dont have time for such an unprofessional service.</p>
