I Want My Money !!

I made a payment for Vumatel 7 days ago and Vuma hasn’t received the money . I’ve been calling them and their agents are soo rude and they keep telling me different stories , I sent them the proof of the payment and now i’m told that they’re looking for my money and they can’t refund me ! i’m so sick and tired of these people I need my money!!!
