Easypay's Horrible Service for Pensioner's Sassa pay.

Easypay do not even deserve one star. My mom is using it for her Sassa pension pay. On 07March she tried to withdraw from another ATM, transaction went through but did not get the money she immediately went to Easypay office in Lebowakgomo to report the incident, she was told that they are aware of this challenge and she's not the first person to respond at the same time there was another pensioner reporting same case. My mom was told that it will be resolved by the 24th March and she should get her refund. 24th passed she went back and she was told the matter is escalated & investigated she will get her refund within two days, that date also passed today we went back and even called head office what we get is just excuses and unreasonable answer. This is a pensioner making ends meet with her Sassa money however the whole R2000 from her February money is gone and it's a mission for Easypay to resolve. Why take the tender for Sassa payments to be paid through your bank if your customer service is this pathetic? A pensioner is now patiently waiting for April pay so she can survive bcz R2000 of her March pay is stuck with this useless bank!This is ridiculous
