Easypay.co.za double debit failed

I have been using www.easypay.co.za to pay my munisipality account for last 5 years. The last two months everytime I pay my account Easypay double debits my credit card and shows transaction failed, so my account by the munisipality stays unpaid. Then it takes Easypay 5 business days to reverse the transaction so I have to find funds elsewhere to pay my munisipality account. Easypay should change the name to Nopay. I will never use Easypay again nor recommend them to someone else. Pathetic!
