Easypay very useless

I made a payment to Easypay on the 6th of January so they can pay my ISP and initially they confirmed receiving the payment and now they say the payment never went through from my bank whereas I have a proof of payment. They can't even provide proof that the payment was unsuccessful and they don't want to refund me.
