EasyPay Terrible Services
Good day. I arrived at your Wynberg (Cape Town) Branch on 04 May 2020 at 2:40 pm. It was closed. The sign on the window said your operating hours are from 8 am until 3 pm. I take great exception to such unprofessional practices! My domestic worker was in desperate need for her money which she now can't get and can't use to pay her bills! Furthermore, there were five other people waiting in front of the doors who had to make special arrangements to get to your Wynberg branch. They are also in desperate need of their money.
