Easypay not paying creditors

I made a payment via easypay fnb pay bills . You debited my bank account but the money was not paid to the recipient. I have been going back and forth with the creditor telling me that they have not received the payment and i need to provide them with a proof of payment which i obviously cannot obtain.Your service is pathetic. How can a payment of R7139 just go missing. I will never use your service again.
