EasyPay not easy at all

I use to be an EasyPay user, recently I tried resetting my password to pay a fine, but the website prevented from logging in telling me I need to contact their call centre.

I phone the number and reported my issue, they told me they will call me back. Later that day (Yesterday), they call me back and told me their system, has flagged me doing something that amount to an act of hacking, and I am banned from the platform, and their nothing further they can do for me.
