EasyPay no longer trustworthy

Easy pay supposed to be Easy but it's not easy at all, especially when you make a payment towards your Municipal account and the money doesn't get paid, so you now have to end up paying double the amount. Also sucks when they don't reply to your emails or messages or can't get through to them. So your initial payment is also gone with the wind😡
