EasyPay Mobile Mulfunctioning

This App has been multifunctioning for 3 weeks for the electricity prepaid service. It only allows one to buy tokens, but does not return vouchers. One must call their customer service number to get a voucher, and it’s such a hassle. Have reported this incident several times yet nothing has been done to resolve this problem.
