EASYPAY BLOCKED BY AMERICAN EXPRESS CREDIT CARD

<p>I decided to pay my municipal accounts online via Easypay. I loaded my beneficiaries for all my properties, but when I tried to make the payment, the error message popup said that my credit card was not authorised. I called the Easypay call centre and was advised that there was a problem at my bank. </p> <p>I called Voyager Premium Credit Cards (American Express) and was advised that Nedbank who operates the Amex credit cards on behalf of Voyager, has blocked Easypay due to numerous customer complaints about security issues. I have a linked Mastercard Credit card, but was advised that Nedbank has blocked Easypay for transactions on the Mastercard as well. </p> <p> </p>
