EasyPay - Bad service or lack of!

The mobile app has issues. Purchased some prepaid electricity and still waiting for the token. Called the call center and was told to rather use the web application as the mobile one has issues. Why publish the app if it has issues. The call center gave me a reference number. Fat lot of help and promised to call me back. The online "Get in Touch" also is a issue as Captcha refresh option doesn't work. How can EasyPay put out aps to the public which hare not stress tested or even properly tested. Shame on you!! I wonder if the management ever review any of the complaints or have ever called the call center!
