Easypay Any Amount issue

Bought airtime on 5th of July 2025 it is not going through. I called the customer care number *** and i was told the matter is being escalated. As I type now on the 9th July 2025 the issue hasn't been resolved. I have been try to load the airtime every now and then but nothing. Had to do an airtime advance whereas I am having a voucher with me.
