Don't use EasyPay

They claim to have a call centre that opens until 21:00. I have called 6 times and it just rings and goes to voicemail. I have been battling to purchase electricity for a week now. I tried using the app which kept giving errors and then I reached out to the call centre which advised me to use the website. I have tried the website and it is riddled with the same problems. i cannot get a hold of the call centre. what a disastrous state of affairs.
