Could not care about customer service at all

There is nothing Easy about easy pay <br> <br> I tried to re-pay a wonga loan via their website and has just been headaches from the start. <br> Your website is supposed to be new and better, but it is cluttered and took me nearly 30min to get one simple payment done. <br> <br> On top of that, their was an error when payment was done. Which I have now double checked with my bank, to confirm the money has been released and is sitting on Easypays account, but need to be banked. <br> I have spoke to two people in the call center and at first got informed that the money is on reserve with my bank ( which it is not and I double checked) <br> <br> No I get informed that I have to go through the process to reveres the payment, instead of you just doing banking on your side , to get the money into your account. <br> <br> I do not want to have to go through a process to get the money reversed ( which will take how many days) I need the money to be cleared and paid. <br> <br> Easypay is offering a service where I have to do all the work? Does that mean I will get a salary from easypay also ? <br>
