CITY OF JHB ACCOUNTS NOT PAID, BUT PAID TO EASYPAY

Started paying my COJ account via Easypay 3 months ago and not ONE of my payments has reached the service provider! My account is overdue and is earning interest! Called Easypay, such bad service on the phone and spent ages reporting the issue, not confident that this will be resolved based on the many other shocking reviews! I want a refund, I have proof of payments that left my bank account!! Unacceptable
