Bad, poor customer service Bara Branch

I've been with Easypay for the past 6 years and ever since I've never experienced good customer service but today the 08 Nov 2024 was the worse. Specifically at the Bara Branch Gauteng. Easypay is not convenient, its not as advanced as other SA banks, the stinking attitude you get from the old ladies that are working there. Young people are hungry for jobs yet old people don't want to do their job. Chewing gum and paying attention to their phones instead of assisting their clients. Easypay Bara staff are disrespectful and they undermine their own customers. I do not recommend this so called bank.
