Morning

My mother went to easy pay on the 21th of November 2022 to borrow money and there after she was told that they ATMs don't have money so she should go to Usave to withdraw the money and when she got thewre, there was no money so she was told to go in and buy things and then they will give her cash back but still there was no money so she went back to easy pay and they said she should come back the next day which she did but when they call easy pay they said the money was hanging and she was sent back and forth then she decided to open a case on the 25th of November 2022 and still was told that the money is hanging till to-date I have not received the money but am told that easy pay is gonna take the money but the money is not on my side... I need help can someone please call me on *** or ***
