Are they ****mers?

We made payment via EasyPay to a third party during January 2023. To this day, the third party claims that it has still not received the money and EasyPay is not responding to numerous requests for proof of the payment made to the relevant third party. No we are handed over because of someone else's incompetence or theft. It seems they will only respond in Court.
