Airtime issue

I bought MTN airtime at Shoprite through EasyPay, but the voucher doesn’t load — it keeps saying *“connection problem or invalid code.”* When I called EasyPay, they told me to use one SIM and switch off my phone for 5 minutes. I did that, but it still didn’t work. They then said it might be an MTN issue. MTN tried to load it and confirmed the voucher is *invalid*, and advised me to go back to Shoprite. When I told EasyPay this, they said *not* to go back to Shoprite and that there’s nothing they can do. I’ve been sent from one place to another with no help. I paid for airtime I can’t use.
