Has to be the worst estate management company I've come across. They do not create a good living environment for residents. You always feel like you're being watched by them and it's like they wait for you to mess up. I do not feel like I have any privacy in my home because their agents are always peeping into the yard to check if things are up to their standards which is annoying. They focus their efforts on meaningless "issues" like the aesthetics of the estate. I understand that a complex needs to be clean at all times but what about the noise from residents? What about your neighbours throwing dirt into your yard? What about the guards that suck at their job in trying to be firm with rule breakers? They concentrate on petty stuff rather than tackling the problems that need addressing. I would advise estates to stay away from these people. I have spoken to many home owners in our complex and they are either moving out or selling their apartments because they don't want to deal wit this company. They are just a bunch of bullies and have no idea on what it is to create a decent living environment. Pathetic...
