Frustrated with UNPROFESSIONAL and POOR workmanship and service!!

I have never been so frustrated. The customer service is fantastic, until something goes wrong and they need to fix it. They don't answer your calls, Whatsapp or emails. The day they started installing my paving around the pool I told the guys on site that they are doing it incorrectly. They do not compact or stabilize the ground around the pool. My paving has sagged and cracked badly and almost all the grout is out. They promised to come and repair but are full of excuses when you phone them. They have stopped answering my calls. I will take this further....
