VERY BAD SERVICE

We approached ELK Morningside to design our new Kitchen.<br> <br> We went through 4 design iterations and during the process it was clear that the consultant was not adequately trained with the costing software. When we made changes that should result in a decrease in total cost the cost INCREASED.<br> <br> When we asked why, she simply stated that that is what the system says and we must just accept it. After 4 iterations and ongoing queries she eventually told us that we were right and that there was a R 15 000 error she made (we would have had to pay for this error if we proceeded).<br> <br> We than further queried costing changes between two different designs that didn't make sense and she couldn't adequately show why the costing changed as much as it did.<br> <br> At this point the \owner"said that he didn't want to do business with us !! It is clear that the staff and management at this franchise is severely *********** and lacks any Customer focus.<br> <br> I would not recommend this branch of ELK to anyone designing a kitchen"
