Unprofessional

I would like to shine light on the issue I experienced today at ELK. I am not sure who is at fault here but all I know is that I felt very unwelcome and that the staff was unwelcoming and unprofessional. I was interested in countertops from PG Bison. They could not provide me with colour samples of the product that I was interested in, so they suggested that I go view some samples at ELK (Randburg). The lady who assisted me in the shop did not do a very good job. When I wanted to take a photo of some countertop sample materials I was told that I am not allowed to take a photo. Seriously, I cannot take a photo of a square block on a table? Overall, I expected better service from PG Bison as well as ELF. I won't go into that showroom ever again.
