They refused to load product before we pay in full
ELK Nelspruit refused to load the truck for delivery unless we pay in full for all the product. This was in breach of the signed agreement/contract we have that stated we only have to pay 90% before they dispatch. After we paid the 100% under duress and after complaining and talking to the owner himself the goods were dispatched, only to find that large portions of the order was missing. Thos, after they assured us everything was there.<br> <br> Blatant lies continue to follow during this process of non delivery. <br> <br> We made full payment by 18 November and they had to complete installation by 30 November. Installation is not close to being complete and now they tell us they are waiting for the factory to finish manufacturing the cupboards. This after they forced us to pay because they assured us everythong was with them.<br> <br> A bunch of lying ******. <br> <br> We are losing significant income due to them and they do not even make the effort to give feedback. This after the owner personally committed to giving us feedback.
The ownership of ELK Nelspruit changed and the new owner personally came to visit us to deal with our dissatisfaction. He really tried to come up with a solution and even provided some financial compensation.
We are now satisfied that all our problems were addressed and we are happy with an excellent product.
Both us and the new owner were misled by the previous owner.
I will definately recomend ELK Nelspruit now. The new owner acted with integrity and honesty. He owned the problem and did everything in his power to sort it out.
We are now satified to such an extent that we actually contracted them for more work.
